I found this photograph on hotnews, in the contest the agency makes, named "I want a cleaner Romania". The artist that made it put a comment that said: "The pups are garbage, too? A horse female tries to get them out from a bag in wich they were thrown."
So I guess that "The only imperfection in the nature is the man".
